“Mr. Thomas was professional, friendly and efficient. When we talked over the phone I explained that my light went out and I couldn’t reset the circuit breaker. He explained how to reset it. It worked and the lights camr back on but before hanging up he suggested to turn to turn the loight on that had the problem and we learned there was another problem. I sent him a photo of the outlet in the attic. He purchased the material needed prior to coming to my hom and was there shorthly thereafter.
